Try clicking ‘wait’ instead of ‘close’. Alternatively, shut down the phone and restart. There is a strange problem when you have two versions of ShopSavvy running.

I am having the same issue as Fern above. New G1, running firmware 1.0, could not find ShopSavvy in the market so I downloaded it from the site. It seemed to install successfully, but I can’t find it to run. Downloaded again to make sure the install ran properly, still unable to find a location to launch the app. I have heard a lot about this app, and would really like to try it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

i can’t find shop savvy in android market, furthermore, downloaded the app, and installed it, and it doesn’t appear anywhere in my phone (G1). but install app does exist in the phone. please advice, thank you for your time..
my G1 runs firmware 1.0, and is rooted, in case this may help.

We thought that might be the case as well, but we can’t replicate it on 1.1 devices. Have you seen it happen on a 1.1 device? Can you send a photo to support@biggu.com ?

Appears to be present here in the UK, running Cupcake on a G1.

This happens on devices that haven’t yet had the Cupcake upgrade. Possibly other situations too, but that does it for sure.
