I like #1 the best, but it would need to be tweaked — it’s a little clunky. The left arm meets the torso awkwardly, and the negative space in the shoulders is a little odd.
#4 is nice, too. I’d want to see it with white in place of the flesh tone.
#5 is the best one in my opinion. These are all from Logoworks.com, right? I have used them in the past and very pleased with the service and price. You should have Dan from SimpleBits.com take a stab at it as well. I really like the work he’s done for you in the past.

#1 looks too generic — not memorable.
I like the retro feel of #3 (and the others with the same illustration), but the man isn’t clear — too much detail.
#4 feels like it belongs on a toddler toy.
So #2 it is.

4th from the top. It is the only logo that will look good at various sizes. It’s also very clean.
